Why Is the Co-Head of Grant & Eisenhofer Suing Teenagers?
Stuart Grant, one of two managing directors of plaintiffs powerhouse Grant & Eisenhofer, has taken his litigation skills in a new direction: He’s sued three teenagers who allegedly ransacked and stole from his home after crashing a party thrown by his teenage daughter, according to court records. The teens allegedly stole household items that included a water jug containing about $500 in coins and some prescription drugs, which they allegedly crushed and snorted. The teens’ lawyers contend Grant’s daughter invited the trio in.
