At mid-term, a big docket awaits — even without the blockbusters
Aside from blockbuster cases involving health care, immigration and redistricting, the U.S. Supreme Court at mid-term has a roster full of other potentially major challenges, including cases involving indecency, sentences for juvenile murderers and immunity for private lawyers hired by government bodies.
